Mike and Liz Gdula
We are Michael and Elizabeth Gdula (Mike and Liz) – proud to call North Padre Island our home since the summer of 2023. Humbled by the Island’s community and natural beauty, we want to do our part to create joyful and healthy experiences that enrich Corpus Christi and North Padre Island life for everyone.
The Memetic Story
Memetic Coast, LLC, is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business formed in February 2025 and is actively researching restaurant opportunities on the island. Mike brings experience in food service and hospitality. Early in his professional career, he held various managerial roles at a range of high-profile venues while living in the Carolinas.
Robert & Gina St. Lawrence (Bob and Gina) are a husband-and-wife duo whose journey began at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, where they earned degrees in Culinary Arts. Bob and Gina first met Mike in Myrtle Beach, where a friendship began that has now come full circle — they are currently collaborating with Mike and Liz to open a new restaurant on North Padre Island.
